Where.!? (Poem 1 of ‘Unanswered’)

Hello everybody..!

WHERE..?

Where does the wind go

After it has whispered its secrets to us?

Where do our thoughts go?

Into the funnel of infinity or to the Void in the Universe?

Where is God,

Who watches over our actions?

Where is the truth

Trampled and manipulated in the tares of injustice?

Where is peace

When kids have guns instead of toys?

Where is unity,

When Mother Earth winces in pain from the boundaries etched into her?

Where did we come from?

The womb of Good or from the dregs of Evil?

Where does the sun go after it sets?

To brighten another realm, or to hide from the cruelties of this one?

Where do we go after death?

The place for Atonement or Heaven?

Where are the messiahs?

Cowering from this world, or moving on, having given up hope on us?

Where does the rain come from?

Is it a heavenly elixir?

Some say it is God showering us with blessings.

I say it is God lamenting 

For what Man does to Man

Or else, it is God perspiring in exhaustion,

Trying to knock sense into us wretched mortal beings.
